Program Overview:

    The mission of Sunset Neighborhood is to be
advocates for our local seniors by offering opportunities, options and recommended services.  We make specific recommendations for local vendors as well as “non-emergency” medical assistance for choosing doctors, therapists, nursing homes, etc.  Sunset Neighborhood is an objective, single point of contact for family members across the country (and world) to keep in touch with what’s happening in their parent’s life…

    Annual membership provides individuals with a Care Manager qualified to assess current life circumstances and to find the recommended services needed to make living independently at home more enjoyable.  This is a wonderful gift for adult children to buy for their aging parents to ease their minds.
