Neighborhood Services:
Sunset Neighborhood recommends the following services through a network of prescreened and qualified service providers /vendors. The Care managers will match a member’s need with the appropriate vendor and make arrangements for the service to begin. The price for the service is established between the vendor and the member and paid for directly by the member.
